Shipping fees chart

Together with our shipping partners (Swiss Post AG and Quickpac) we offer very convenient delivery options for the ordered products to be sent directly to your home or shop.

All prices include packaging and shipping:

• PostPac Economy CHF 4.90 – within 2-3 business days
• PostPac Priority CHF 7.90 – within 1-3 business day
• DPD CHF 9.50 - within 1-3 business days

Shipping is free of charge with a purchase value of CHF 150.00 and above.

The shipping costs are shown in the order overview.

Right of return / Right of revocation

We grant you a right of return on the products you purchased from us. Please return the goods to us in mint condition within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging. The date of dispatch of the goods is decisive regarding meeting the deadline.

We cover the costs of shipping by sending you a free return voucher on request.
You may request the return voucher by email (info@browhenna.ch).
